ALONG SUMIDA RIVER
Tokyo Riverside School (T.R.S.) is located at downtown Asakusa which has long tradition and history of 500 years since Edo era.
Although T.R.S. is only 3 minutes from Asakusa station, you can enjoy wonderful walk along the bank of Sumida River.
ENJOY ASAKUSA
In Asakusa, there are many traditional festivals and events that you can experience and learn from local people.
Every summer, student are excited to see Grand Fireworks displaying high up in the evening sky from their classroom.
COMMUNICATIVE APPROACH
Our curriculum is designed to give students the best method to learn practical and conversational Japanese.
In advanced classes, students can exchange their opinions and discuss current topics.
BELIEVE YOUR FUTURE
Experienced teachers counsel the students on universities and professional schools so that all students could go to schools of their choice.
In addition to the regular classes, preparatory classes for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) and General Examination for Foreign Students are given. Not only teachers but also school staff counsel the students on their private problems.
BIG PRIZE !!!
Students will be awarded a prize for no late and no absent, every 6 months. (52 students received the prize for good attendance in March, 2004)
Tokyo Riverside School also grants students a scholarship for their hard work every month.
